Attention cars at apartments, be on the lookout for an impaired driver leaving Norwood from Azura Surgery Center. 4600 Smith Road, driven, male, White, is operating a red Chevy, full-size truck. He was under sedative medication after a surgical procedure and was instructed not to operate a motor vehicle. Upon discharge, he then had the person switch seats and took off. He headed to Corain.
