Hey, could you swing by 275 Baker Street, the Hilton Garden Inn, that parking lot right there? We have a Black male with a white t-shirt, blue jeans, white shoes, and a navy blue hat. He's very aggressive, and he's panhandling and taking people's money who's parking.
