unwanted guest at 15500 Van Aken, Ashby Arms, 15500 Van Aken. It's closed by the property room manager, not on scene. There's a male sleeping in the floor of the laundry room, found by the cleaner. It's a male in black backpack. The RP says you can come through the front and resident. We'll be waiting to let them in. Copy.
