10-50, the 1400 block of South Main Street. Received a call from an employee at the Dollar Tree. They had a female in the store that was not making much sense. They tried to keep her in there, but she left on foot. She may be in the area of Kohl's. She's wearing blue jeans and a purple and black shirt.
