It's just a third party caller witness a red Hyundai crashed into a parked vehicle last seen going eastbound. However, before that, I'm going to get someone to roll with you on this. This is new to the board, a suspicious person, 354 North Union. It also came as a theft in progress. A Jeanette called, said two male blacks in the back, in the rear of the parking lot, near the train tracks, appear to be looking in vehicles, trying to break in. No further.
