contact. There was a driver and a passenger. One went south, one went north on Cummings. Black, wearing black over black, went northbound on Cummings. We have one in custody. It looks like you got both in custody. I got one south of 4th Street, and I got one north of 4th Street. Looks like two people are in custody.
