2412. 412. 12, this is coming in as a theft report, but it's a third party with a bad cell. Devon and Washtenaw, Washtenaw and Devon. A male Hispanic wearing no shirt and brown pants took a purse, unknown from who, fled northbound through the alley. Also had a bottle in his hand, and I have no further.
