621 Mary for traffic. Go ahead. It's an injured animal, 8045 North 11th Avenue. It's an injured golden retriever laying in the grass of his home. He does have a collar on but no tag. Appears to be injury in the back legs or the back side of the dog. Complainant can't lift it alone, just needs some help to get him up. He can't do it by himself.
