Going to be in the Springline Apartments, but on Oak Grove and Garwood. RP reporting a male chancing, walking near the dog park that's located inside the apartment. Brandishing what he can't see if it's a screwdriver or something similar. And he was brandishing it at the RP. Described as an HMA or WMA wearing a gray t-shirt, dark colored pants, and a beige colored backpack.
