1614, units in the 16th and on the citywide, this is practice in progress. 8621 West Foster, the Uber driver is calling, saying that he's in a white taxi, a male, unknown, gray dress, ain't wearing a blue hat, gray t-shirt and gray shorts. Received the ride home and now he's not paying the fare. The caller states that the offender walked into the address where he dropped off at, and the caller's waiting for the police and looks like the fire department to arrive. Nothing further at this time, zone 1.
