11, can I start you over to 456 Grove Street for a check on the welfare? We've gotten multiple calls on a male, possibly altered. Looks like he is out in front of a few businesses here. Last they saw him at the Pizza Works with no shirt on. Appeared to be flagging down cars. Appears to be, looks like we got his name, Peter Escort 215 to 48. Looks like he was at the calling.
