Units in the city within the 6th district, a person with a gun, 87th and Cottage. Caller saying that a male approached the caller and brandished the gun. Male, black, 5'2", gray shirt, gray shorts with another male black with dreadlocks. They fled down the alley between PNC Bank and Garrett's Popcorn. Nothing further is going to be clear.
