7420 West Holmes Avenue. Manager reports there was a male who was indecently exposed to himself, and then began touching himself, on the property. He was last seen walking on Holmes towards Edgerton, described as male, white with beard, wearing a black backpack and a blue fan. I will work on meeting you in a second.
