311, dispatch a unit to a found person, 4603 Springwater Court. 4603 Springwater Court, cross streets of Dead End and Cascade, Mills Drive. Caller advises little boy was running around outside. He's crying, doesn't know where home is. The telephone number he gave, nobody has answered. There is a language barrier. Found person is a Black male, 11 years old, wearing a Power Ranger shirt and black shorts, Angelo Martin Jr.
