3-7-3-1-5 for a welfare check. 3-5-7. It's going to be near the Jiffy Lube, 6390 South Highland Drive, 2000 East. Complainants are putting a male lying near the river just north of the business. Complainant does not know who this person is. He is up and conscious. Medical has been started. It's going to be a 40-year-old male, conscious and breathing. He seems to be confused. 5-5-7 for this.
