Caller advised that a customer stole a box of crackers about 10 minutes ago, and they left in a gray Toyota sedan, license plate 1 George George 5711. Maryland tags, and they turned right towards Ingleside Avenue. It's a black female in her 40s, wearing a red shirt and black shorts.
