Cars 3, UPD 153 for a disorderly. 153. 153. 3011 South, 700 East. A complainant lives in the area, reporting a male walking northbound on 700 East on the side of the sidewalk, throwing beer cans at people's houses. Possibly intox, unknown if he needs any close attention. It's a 20-year-old Hispanic male with dark hair, 5'10", skinny-build, no shirt, and black pants. Did not see any drugs, but he is acting intact.
