Copy, it's for a traffic hazard, 24th Street and Sky Harbor Circle North. There's a white SUV with hazards on the left, on left and middle of the road. Saw a black male, white shirt, unknown pants, green backpack, took off running towards the airport lane. Unknown if he belonged to the vehicle. There's no contact at 7035. 727, it looks like that 10-91 was back. Might be related. Do you want to just fax to me and I'll let you know when I get there, if it's related. 10-4. 72 and Frank, go ahead. We're going to be up in room 209 with the 101.
