10-4, that's going to be at the Walmart on Memorial Drive. The caller says that it's a juvenile, possibly about 13 years of age that approached her saying that his phone was stolen. She also stated that subject may have been 69. Can you give any seven units on the advice that they were on the left side of the parking lot in a black vehicle?
