I have Steven calling at West 104 and Madison. West 104 and Madison at the Kelly Plating Company. Says that there was a male that was fired from the factory and is threatening callers. Suspect is a black male with low haircut. No further on description. States suspect is angry that the caller was fired five days after he was fired and also because he refused to lend him money. Suspect is walking towards 117 from the factory.
