314, B8, 310, free information, being dispatched with theft in progress. 10090 Reisterstown Road, 10090 Reisterstown Road, cross streets, Painter's Mill Road and Garrison View Road at the Sake Japanese Steakhouse. Building advises, customer left the bar without paying, no known weapons are involved. Suspect is outside the location watching a concert. It's going to be a Black male, 35 to 40, wearing a pink tee, as well as a Black female, 35-40, also wearing a pink t-shirt. Money was about $56.
