CAD's busy. I got a person with a knife, 65th and Western, in the alley or by the parking lot of McDonald's. There's supposed to be a male, Black, wearing a blue shirt, black jeans with a machete. He appears to be agitated. Caller's afraid he's going to hurt someone.
