I'm receiving a 13th person just occurred at the Walmart in 26 Zone, 5001 North Federal Highway. Advising 10 minutes ago, a White male, glass is 60, years of age, spat on the caller after the caller advised. Caller is Romanian. Subject had his hand in his left pocket as if he had a weapon, then ran after caller's vehicle. Subject was last seen going into the store. Complainant requested to check him out, PD check him out.
