Paul 310, collision. 310. East 15th and Dock Street, it initially came in as non-injury, blocking the intersection, a white newer Ram utility van, unknown plate, versus a white and beige older Subaru SUV, also unknown plate. And we had an involved party calling in saying that they were disabled in the intersection, unable to move, and that they exchanged their entrance information, and that the other half drove off. But one of the call takers is currently on the line with someone, one of the involved parties saying that they left without exchanging information.
