Control 14. There's a marine incident over at Anati Beach Park in Bellevue, 3519 108th Avenue Southeast. For a small two-person boat that is sinking, it's tied to a dock, and one person in the boat has no life jacket on, and they're refusing to leave. We have Engine 101 en route.
