LASD SIB: Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) has concluded their tactical response regarding the barricaded suspect at the 26800 blk of Avenue C15, Lancaster. After a few hours and many verbal attempts by LASD deputies and SEB Tactical Team, the incident has concluded peacefully. The suspect surrendered and was taken into custody without further incident.

The incident was reported Thursday, July 16, 2026 at approximately 2:03 p.m. on the 26800 block of Avenue C15, Lancaster. SEB personnel will assume tactical command and Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) will attempt to make contact with the suspect to bring this to a peaceful resolution.
