Suspicious at Ramsey County Library, 3025 South Lawn. Staff has a male and a female in a dark blue minivan that are causing a disturbance, like the male's pacing outside of the vehicle and the female's inside throwing items about. White male, late 20s, 6 feet, thin-build, in a blue hat, blue shirt, shorts, and tennis shoes. White female, heavy-build, and a ponytail. Unknown further.
