There was a male at Midvale and 143 that was yelling at the RP, using racially biased language. No threats were made. The threat, the service itself was the caller then stated that he had a concealed weapon on the location. Again, stated that he had a concealed weapon at home and ends on going back to this location to confront the suspect who had yelled at him. He keeps disconnecting on this. We don't have much further. North 143, Midvale and North.
