I had a call from a couple pedestrians. They said in the area of 220 and Lorain. They observed a Spectrum truck apparently headed westbound and looked like the gentleman was falling asleep at the wheel. It was in the center of the roadway. Last seen headed westbound from that area of 220 on Lorain.
