Raleigh to downtown units, pre-alerting, breaking vehicle that just occurred, 1221 Sawyer Road. Raleigh, you can send that to 523. Copy, 523 and 513, both units. The caller stated that there are four people walking around checking vehicles. They did say they got into one and tried to hot wire it. They're wearing all black. Caller has no further information on that. Thank you.
