31. 31, can you head over? Suspicious person, 1040 North Lakeshore. Complainant was crying, stating there was a guy she doesn't know was following her. Male, Hispanic, early 20s, with curly hair, wearing glasses and a pink bag. Caller said her phone was about to die and disconnected. There was no answer and a few callbacks. He can handle that accordingly.
