to fire, located a possible arsonist. She's possibly a 40-year-old female pushing a cart, now pulling copper wire from an electrical pole in front of 2211 Moorpark Avenue. The cresting sheriff or CHP was over jurisdiction to that area. Engine 4 is going back in service.
