Respond to Mitchell's, 2101 Richmond. Employee 911 advising that there is a male outside of the store. He has been stalking one of the female coworkers. This is not the first time they've seen him. He's wearing an orange shirt. He's a white male with a long brown beard and glasses. The female advised that he does drive a gray Dodge Charger that's parked in the downstairs garage.
