Requesting you all to make this in regards to a male, Black, white, striped jersey with number 1 on the back, black shorts, carrying a red pickaxe with candy inside. He was refusing to leave and begging for money. The complainant's standing by in the parking lot, occupying a Chrysler Town and Country Van in maroon in color. 5048 Park, in front of 5 Below. 562.
