It's going to be a disturbance at Allendale and Howard. Two homeless males are at the location. Black male, 30 years of age, wearing a gray shirt. Second suspect trying to walk male across eastbound from the location. Second male is going to be a white male, 30 years of age, 170 pounds, unknown clothing, possibly denim and a poncho.
