824. 824. 24, locked out, 5908 South Tallman. John Spivey states that a fender broke into his apartment. He came through the window and damaged the locks on the door, and they put a gate across the door. The landlord is now attempting to illegally evict our caller. He has paperwork from the court. The landlord doesn't have paperwork from the court.
