Battalion 1 engine, 1 engine, 10 engine, 5, RA5, truck 3 with a repeat, 5161 Merrill Avenue, cross of Nidiver. The resident reported a strong smell of smoke inside the residence and advising their outlets have a black residue around them. They are evacuating at this time. No further information at this moment. Respond on command 2, utilizing TAC 4 at 1813 hours.
