Suspect is a male, Black, 25 to 35 years, 5'9", faded hooded sweater, gray sweatpants, black backpack, tac-2 in the corner of his eye. Suspect brandished a handgun in his waistband at PR. It's Code 2, incident 4059 and RD 152. Female, Hispanic, 20 years. It's Code 2, incident 4060.
