2321 South 12th Street, unit B Boy. It's now separated. The ex, correction, the female friend's ex-boyfriend left in a van after spraying her and the RP with water. They were arguing with each other. He left eastbound. It's a brown 1980s Ford van, and he's a Jason Steiner. White male, born in 65, 6'2", 300, blonde and gray short hair. Last seen wearing a white shirt and a numb color shorts. He does have access to knives and machetes that are kept in his pickup truck, not involved in the altercation, and is possibly high on meth.
