He was just spotted by Harlem and Diversey. By 7/11, he broke into a car and ran towards Grand. Be safe, he is all over.
He's homeless and technically goes in any abandon houses and stays there wouldn't be surprised if you all find your things there. He's basically in one that is on Natchez. He's sometimes carries a luggage with i guess stolen things.
He took something from my car before, in the area.
I’ve encountered this guy before. Was high and he was given some water and threw the cup of water onto my windshield
