First ticket came from Dimitri, saying a male on scene stole his work bike, male Hispanic, pink shirt, black pants, on an electric scooter. Then we also had a call from Victor, stating that his motorbike was stolen, and he's seeing a male Hispanic, pink shirt, white Jordans on a bike. He doesn't have his report number on hand. No further.
