12-23.I'm going to catch this, 12-23, but I'm getting an assault in progress on the beat, Madison and Holland. At least 10 mixed groups of male, Blacks, and kids, 10 to 15 years old, throwing fireworks directly at each other. One wearing a white shirt, gray jogging pants. The second wearing a black headscarf. The third one wearing a white t-shirt, gray backpack. Possible weapons present. I guess they, the weapons are the fireworks.
