27. Hey, yes sir. Got a burglary in progress, 201 North North 209 North Elwood. Caller states that people is in the house that the city just bought it up. It's in progress. Suspect is a female, 20, black dress, Hispanic. Another male, Hispanic. Said that they moved the board and put it back so nobody won't see it. They put a hole in the bottom of it.
