37 radio, out with a juvenile, Carnegie, East 30th, rolled by him twice, looked like he was holding onto a firearm. Upon flipping a U-turn on him, we watched him throw a gun into the bushes. We're going to go recover that. He is detained. We'll get you an I.D.
