723 Henry for traffic. 723 Henry. Sending you a 245, 3154 East McDowell Road. It's a 21 detail and occurred in the Burger King parking lot. 10 ago from the time of the call, a Black male in his 30s to 40s, no further description, tried to hit the complainant with a white Nissan sedan with a license plate 9 John Nora Sam Ocean 64. While the complainant was walking in the parking lot and then yelled at them in an unknown foreign language while making a hand gesture to imitate a 415 George. I did try to run the plate.
