1924. 1924. Getting an assault in progress, Broadway and Addison. The third party caller states that a male Black is walking southbound on Broadway. He's, yeah, he's yelling, cursing, and using slurs towards a passerby. Caller states he jumped at passerbys. Looks like he's gonna hit him. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, white shorts, no weapons seen.
