Hey, we got this one from ARS. This assault just occurred, 40 South Halstead. 40 South Halstead, the Mariano's. Security called saying that there was a male Black that was stopped for theft and he threatened to shoot a gun inside. He did flee the scene. He's described as male Black, 5'5", 130 pounds, braids, straight back, last seen wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt, black pants, gray Crocs, and a black backpack. Nothing further.
