Door 1 to dispatch, just clear me up. 18 Frank 40 and 41, it's a code 2 citizen holding suspect, 6263 Westheimer, 133. Caller said that there was a man refusing to leave in a vacant apartment. He's got him handcuffed right now. I don't know if it's security or if he has his own personal set. 2500 Milo, on a person down.
