This is on my block but I’ve never seen this one before
Unfortunately too many owners in the neighborhood let their cats roam, I’ve especially heard it’s their male cats. It is a big problem if they are friendly because a stranger could steal them. If you would like I guess you could take to the vet to a scan for a chip but most likely they’re let out :/
I have two cats and a kitten that's been peeing on my things even after her getting fixed. I had to buy washable pads until she breaks this habit. Most owners give up cats because they pee everywhere
We got 3 neighborhood cats on this block 96th. Orange cat, black cat with collar and this one is the new edition. People be buying them as kittens and when they grow up, they make them outdoor cats.
