All cars on this channel be advised, our site is going to be working a menacing in the area of 25 Franklin Street, the Sibley Tower building, for three to four kids on bikes that supposedly threatened a resident with a gun. That led to a previous menacing. It's matching the description of a gun that has an extended mag per 133. It's going to be a white man wearing a black ski hat with white shirt and dark jeans is the only description at the time.
